How does this program help me?
Let's use the 262 and the condo program as an example. Traditionally the 262 would sell for around $85,000, then the customer would need to get a condo for let's say $150,000, then a lift would need to be purchased for $8,500. So their total investment would be $243,500 for starters. Then there would be utilities, assessments, etc.. Under our program, you would pay $15,000 up front and then $575 per month for three years. At anytime during the program you can just walk away and the payments would stop.

What other costs are involved?
The only other expense would be 100% of fuel used and any consumables. Consumables meaning if you were to charge items to your account for your personal use. All maintenance is included, insurance, slip fees, everything. Just pay your monthly fee and that is it.

How much time can I use it?
Basically it is unlimited. Most people use their boat 40 hours a year. Under this program you would get to use the condo and the boat a full week a month, 12 months a year for three years. The boat would be available 5 days a week. Two days of each week gives us time to fix any problems that may arise during the prior week of use. This also allows us time to clean and make sure it is ready to go when you are.

How is this program underwritten?
This program is underwritten in house. We don't use outside banks to make this program work.

Sounds like a timeshare?
It is more like a lease share. You pay for what you use and that is it. You are not locked in with high assessment fees and can walk away at anytime. Much like leasing a car, but as your life changes so can the program.
